Randall Mourning’s Story

Posted on December 2, 2020January 12, 2021 by Randall Mourning

I discovered that I have clinical anxiety and have already learned some ways to start coping with my anxiety in certain situations. It has also already helped me start to reframe my negative/anxious thoughts and deal with them in a better way than just outright avoiding tough situations. I have a long way to go, but I have already noticed a difference. Specifically, I deal with a lot of self doubt, and instead of letting those thoughts turn into anxiety, I am turning them into something more useful.
