Linda Keegan’s Story

Posted on March 2, 2021March 2, 2021 by Linda Keegan

I have struggled on and off with my mental health for some time now. My youngest child moved out of the house not too long ago and I have had more time to try and work on and improve myself. I have found that developing a hobby and having something to look forward to and do each day is really helpful. I have been learning how to play the guitar and have found that the progress I have made and the joy I get out of the music has helped my mental health a lot. My favorite activity is now to play the guitar outside on my back porch. In the covid era it has been hard being at home a lot but being outside and doing something I enjoy has helped me a lot.
