Kyle’s Story

Posted on August 12, 2020January 12, 2021 by Kyle Proctor

Therapy has helped me a lot… to an extent. I still had to do a lot of work outside of therapy to put into practice what I learned. And I’m still working on it. But really, everyone should go to therapy at some point. Not to fix something that’s necessarily broken, but to better understand ourselves. We are all different, but there are trends in human behavior that can provide a lot of insight. And when we identify a way that we are following a frequently observed behavior pattern that is bringing us results in life that we don’t want, then we can start to work to change that behavior pattern in ourselves. That gives us the chance to get different results.
