Meditation helps pretty much everything at least a little bit.

It’s easy, and simultaneously hard. You just need to relax, and focus your thought on your breathing. In, out, in, out. Don’t let stray thoughts come in. Just keep that brain looking at breathing.

Even a few minutes of this a few times a day will have a positive impact on your well-being.
