I’ve been seeing my therapist since March, and reliving some of the trama I’ve stuffed down has been so hard I dont have words for it. But finally FINALLY I’m seeing the change in myself. I’ve worked out more times in the past month than the past year. I’m making small steps with reclaiming my personality, a personality I thought was LONG dead. I bought a book? Who am I lol I think I’m getting healthier. Stick with it guys, work hard in therapy. Showing up is the first step but it’s far from the last.
