Leo Frederick’s Story

Posted on January 31, 2021March 2, 2021 by Leo Frederick

The first time I attended therapy it was not helpful. I think that is becuase I was not ready for it. I was told that it would help but my attitude going into it was not right. I wasn’t ready to change or improve my life, I just wanted a quick fix solution to my problems.

After failing at that and waiting a little while longer, I realized that I needed to put more effort in and actually do my part as well. I went to a different therapist and he was able to help me but I think I helped myself more as well. I was able to become a more positive and happy person.
