Tessa Garland’s Story

Posted on February 2, 2021March 2, 2021 by Tessa Garland

Going to therapy is probably one of the best decision I’ve made. I have severe anxiety and mild depression, like to the point where I couldn’t go to school.

I started going to therapy in 8th grade to this really nice guy, it really helped me understand more about myself and help me understand and learn how to deal with my anxiety.

I stop going after that but started again earlier this year. My new therapist is great, she’s very kind and does what she can to make me feel comfortable. Like one day I couldn’t get myself to go into the office building, so we walked around outside for about 45 minutes.
