Pre-Overt:
I am really needing help with confidence/self worth. Finding tools to be a better person towards myself and others would be helpful. I would love to have the ability to have authentic long lasting relationships and overall better mental health.
Week 1:
I left feeling extremely validated and with some very helpful new vocabulary to look into.
Week 2:
How we were able to laugh a lot together even while working through some heavy things. It was a great session for me.
Week 3:
I was very honest and Jessica was very straightforward yet empathetic and helped to reality check me while lifting me up as well.
Week 4:
I was nervous yet excited to start therapy, and I am so glad that I did. It has been wildly helpful to have someone guiding me through the ups and downs of both life and my emotions.. I found the foundation through a friend who was scholarshipped and shared the info on her fb- I am forever grateful.
