Garrett Lockhart’s Story

I will be honest, the lockdown thing has hurt my mental health. I have struggled to stay positive at times. I have found that taking walks helps me. I get kind of bored and lonley staying inside all day so I like to get outside and take walks. I think that has helped me clear my mind and also just be more positive
